IF

IF, short for Imaginary Friends, has been described as a "live-action Pixar Movie" by star Ryan Reynolds. The main character Bea is a young girl who begins to see imaginary friends that have been left behind by the children that have created them as they’ve grown up. Ryan Reynolds also stars as The Man Upstairs, who assists Bea on her mission to help all the IF’s. The cast is stacked, featuring Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Emily Blunt, Matt Damon and Steve Carell just to name a few. In addition, John Krasinski plays four key roles in IF, as he stars in addition to writing, directing and producing (his most recent directing venture since A Quiet Place Part II). Just from the trailer alone I can tell we are in for a joyful and heartwarming watch. So if you’ve ever wondered what all the wacky creations from a child's mind would look like living in the real world, this is the film for you!
